Privacy Policy | Zombie Couple

What is available now

Zombie Couple at zombiecouple.io is a public preview of a planned AI video tool. The current site provides guides, prompts, illustrative artwork, and a local photo preview. Accounts, photo uploads, video generation, and payments are not open.

Photos in the local preview

If you choose a photo, your browser creates a local preview on your device. The site does not upload that photo, send it to a model provider, or save it to our server. You can remove a selected image or close the page to discard the preview. Your original file remains on your device. Do not select sensitive images or images you do not have permission to use.

Website requests and storage

Loading the site sends ordinary web requests to our hosting provider, Cloudflare. These requests include information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, request path, browser headers, and time of access. Operational logs may be processed by the hosting provider. These logs are separate from photos, which remain local in this preview.

The preview does not enable advertising, third-party analytics, or account-tracking cookies. Essential interface preferences may be stored by the site framework in your browser. You can clear site data through your browser settings. The hosting platform may also use security mechanisms to protect traffic.

Planned video service

Before opening generation, we will update this policy to describe the active service and provider-side processing. The planned service uses account information to associate jobs and credits with a user, Replicate to process authorized reference photos, and Cloudflare R2 to store source files and completed videos. Those providers process information under their own applicable terms and policies.

The intended retention rules are to delete uploaded source photos from our storage after 24 hours and completed videos after 30 days from successful storage. These are plans for the future service, not a claim that uploads or deletion jobs currently operate. A future generator may retain limited job, account, and payment records separately where needed to operate the service. Provider-side retention will be explained when generation opens.

Photos of other people

Only use images you own or have permission to use. Human subjects must be adults. Do not use celebrity images or photos of minors. When generation opens, users will need to confirm they have permission to process the submitted images. A fictional output must not be presented as evidence of a real event.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops. The date above identifies the current version. Review the policy again before using a newly opened account, upload, generation, or payment feature. The current preview does not accept requests for those services.
